ULTIMATE DESIGN – MOTOR BUILT-IN TYPE
∗ Comparing the conventional types, the compressor is shorter for the length of the motor, which saves two frames (Approximately 1.1m) in the machine room.
This results in freeing more than 1.8m3 in distant-water fishing fleets, and allowing further 10 tons of tuna fish to load.
∗ Fitting the motor to the shaft directly requires no adjustment work for direct couplings and belts.
∗ Only the rotor can be removed while the motor stays fitted, maintenance for mechanical seals is simple and easy.
∗ The special motor, designed for the easy operation and high reliability, is installed.
∗ Anti-vibration structure by supporting the axial end of the motor by bearings.
∗ The motor has excellent partial-load efficiency and does not strain generator, which result in low energy consumption.
♦ Steelbelt Freezer
The conveyance belt is structured to move in a straight line. Either Net Belt or Steel Belt is determined by the items refrigerated.
♦ Spiral Freezer
The conveyance belt is structured to move in spirals. Its belt can be selected suiting for the use.
♦ Contact Freezer
The rapid freezing is possible by the structure that the frozen items are placed directly on freezing plates.
♦ Air Blast Freezer
The frozen items are placed on baskets, trolley racks, or pallet racks and directly blasted with cold air. This method enables to freeze quickly and in bulk.
