MAINTENANCE SERVICE AFTER THE HANDOVER OF THE FACILITIES

1.CHECK-UP OF THE OPERATION

One month after the handover, HRL checks the actual running conditions, and if necessary, readjusts the settings for its best operating condition.
Furthermore, it is regularly monitored through the remote control system for HRL to make sure everything working well.

3.OPERATION MANUAL

Before the handover, HRL holds a briefing session to demonstrate the operation of the system.
In addition, further advice and assistance are available by phone and by e-mails at any time.
The HRL's staff make regular visits (around every six months) to the site to ensure the users' further understandings on the system so that it is operated in its best condition.

4.SUPPLY OF THE SPARE PARTS

The equipment, machinery and spare parts used in the system HRL offers are mostly manufactured in our own production.
Therefore, in the case of emergency, most of the spare parts are available.

5.FOR EMERGENCY

The nearest office of HRL offers after service to the user.
In the cases of emergency, the HRL staff responds 24 hours and immediate assistance is provided at the site.
