TOTAL ENGINEERING SERVICE FROM PLANNING, DESIGNING, CONSTRUCTING TO AFTER SERVICE

In recent years, the business environment of the industrial refrigeration has dramatically changed, and it is becoming ever-more sophisticated and diverse.
HRL, with our experience and achievements in this field from the day of its foundation, offers total engineering service to satisfy all users' demands.
Not only designing and constructing plant systems and facilities, HRL also approaches the user needs as a whole and system,.
HRL therefore offers consultation and the project management upon researching the market trend and business environment.
Furthermore, by applying the EOA (Engineering Office Automation) system, HRL extends its service to broader areas with its technological competencies.
For the after-service, utilizing the user information database, HRL offers not only real-time repairing and maintenance service, but also proposes for facility renewal and improvement plans.
HRL, as a total engineering enterprise serving for everything about refrigeration, never ceases its efforts to gain the users' firm confidence in our service.

ENERGY SAVING

1. EFFECTIVE DESIGN FOR THE WHOLE SYSTEM

HRL designs and constructs refrigerating facilities not only to enhance the efficiency of individual devices, but also to pursue the reduction of energy consumption further for the whole system,.
Equally, in order to keep the stored products in the best condition, HRL has a support system that HRL's staff respond promptly in the case of emergency.

2. GREEN PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROMOTING THE ELIMINATION OF CFCS AND PURSUING ENERGY SAVING

It is foreseeable that stricter measures become inevitable for Japan, which had set a high target for CO2 reduction, in the world trend of the global warming prevention.
It is claimed that the 80% of CO2 is emitted from business and public sectors.
Therefore, we, as the business entities, should not overlook our responsibility.
In order to achieve the 25% reduction target Japan set, the industrial refrigeration sector is demanded to improve the energy efficiency and to lead the complete abolition of CFCs.
The use of natural refrigerants like ammonia and carbon dioxide is an effective measure, so that HRL is promoting the development of compressors, machinery and systems using them.
With ammonia refrigerant, 15 to 20% of CO2 emission can be reduced.
The new ammonia direct expansion system enables further 10% reduction, which satisfies the 25% target.

3. RECIPROCATING REFRIGERATION COMPRESSORS

In lower temperature ranges, reciprocating compressors maintain better COP compare with screw-type compressors.
The use of the ultralight piston and rod, and sophisticated valve structure brings the excellent performance minimizing energy loss.
As discharged gas is cooled well enough by its cooling structure, efficient running is maintained.
The remarkable anti oil loss mechanism makes oil consumption, which determines the performance of the evaporator, minimum.
For easier and faster repair and maintenance work, the structure of the compressor is very simple.
Spare parts made to last also reduce maintenance cost.

4. NATURAL CIRCULATION TYPE COOLERS

As no fans are installed, no energy is needed for them.
This results 15 to 20% of energy saving.
The freezer burn can also be prevented because these coolers minimize temperature change in the stock rooms.

5. CONTROL DEVICES WITH IT

The Intelligent Refrigeration Plant System reduces the time for installation and alterations of existing facilities, and offers great flexibility.
This system is also compatible to widely used software.

6. USE OF SOLAR-ENERGY

Making use of the large roof area, the solar power system generates 100,000kwh electricity in a year, which reduces 69.0t of CO2.
This brings remarkable JPY 952,000 cut for the electricity bill.
