HRL would like to express our deepest gratitude to all users.
In order to ensure the good and long lasting operation of our products, HRL is committed to supply its genuine spare parts on time.

Long used HRL's compressors have experienced numerous changes of design, specifications, and materials.
Some of them are now out of production.
HRL, however, has set up the system to manage timely spare parts supply for the most types of compressors.
From the serial numbers, manufactured date and refrigerants used, correct parts are selected and supplied.

The HRL's corporate logo SURELY is printed on the genuine spare parts like rings, and DV and SV plates.

Almost all genuine spare parts are packed in plastic bags on which “HASEGAWA GENUINE PARTS” is printed, and delivered in HRL's carton boxes with details of the parts.
One month after the handover, HRL checks the actual running conditions, and if necessary, readjusts the settings for its best operating condition.
Furthermore, it is regularly monitored through the remote control system for HRL to make sure everything working well.

Please note that once HRL acknowledges any use of non-genuine parts, the warranty of the compressors becomes automatically invalid.
HRL will take no responsibility for any defect on the system.
HRL takes full responsibility for any damage occurred during the delivery up to twelve months from the shipment date.
