UTSTANDING ENEGY EFFICIENT DESIGN

Ultra-light weight pistons and rods, and the well-designed valve structure generate excellent performance and energy-efficient operation.
As the discharged refrigerant is cooled well enough by its cooling mechanism, efficient running is maintained at all times.
The inventive anti-oil-loss mechanism minimizes oil consumption, which determines the performance of evaporators.
The motors of Flange motor types run effectively with superb air cooling system which minimizes the heat in the system.
Hydraulic capacity control system, as a standard fixture enables to reduce staring torque and to control compressor's capacity responding to the load change.
Furthermore, in recent years, the use of inverters enhances the efficiency of the compressors further as well as to reduce the starting currents.

SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN MAINTENANCE COST

For easier and quicker repair and maintenance, the structure of our compressor is very simple.
Spare parts made to last reduces maintenance cost.
The Flange motor types, the motors of those are directly installed on the shaft, require no centre aligning for couplings.
Standardizing common spare parts, making them interchangeable, and HRL's SCM (Supply Chain Management) ensure reliable spare parts supply for our users.
