System Configuration
The Mihara Factory in Mihara City, Hiroshima, serves as a core production site for frozen breaded oysters and frozen shelled oysters. We supplied the cooling system for the raw oyster storage facility as well as the spiral freezer system used for rapid freezing of oyster fry products. We also continue to provide ongoing maintenance and operational support after installation.
The spiral freezer, featuring a space-efficient helical conveyor design, enables high-volume production while minimizing installation footprint. Its powerful and efficient airflow rapidly freezes products, suppressing cellular damage and preventing quality deterioration during thawing.
