●Company Overview
With a proprietary logistics network across the Osaka Bay Area, Northern Osaka, Tokyo, and Wakayama, the company provides nationwide one-stop logistics services, integrating customs clearance, storage, processing, freezing, and distribution tailored to customer needs.
Committed to environmental responsibility, the company is actively transitioning from high-GWP fluorocarbon refrigerants to natural-refrigerant refrigeration systems to help prevent global warming.
System Configuration
The F-class warehouse replaced ten fluorocarbon refrigeration units with NiCRES, a natural-refrigerant cascade system using ammonia (NH₃) and CO₂, consolidating operations into two units.
This upgrade significantly reduced power demand, energy consumption, and maintenance costs. Ammonia-based refrigeration systems are also used in automated warehouses and freezing rooms, with the company highly valued for its customer-oriented system design and maintenance support.
