●Company Overview
Located in Rosario, Batangas Province, Philippines, the company operates in the ice manufacturing and cold storage industry.
The ice produced at the facility is supplied for food preservation, events, and various commercial applications, supporting the local food distribution network and regional supply chain.
System Configuration
The Philippines is known for relatively high electricity costs compared to other Asian countries. As large-scale ice production and cold storage operations require significant power consumption, the customer sought high-quality, energy-efficient equipment from Japan. As a result, compressor units equipped with HASEGAWA reciprocating compressors were selected.
To maximize heat exchange efficiency, the system adopts a highly efficient flooded direct expansion method (flooded system), combined with herringbone coil evaporators.
By utilizing a natural refrigerant flooded system, the facility achieves outstanding energy-saving performance and significant reductions in power consumption.
The system has received high praise from the customer, leading to additional expansion installations. Since its initial installation in 2007, the equipment has been continuously maintained using genuine parts, ensuring stable and reliable long-term operation.
