Before the handover, HRL conduct a briefing session to explain the cooling equipment.
In addition, further advice and assistance by phone and e-mails at any time.
For the computer and control systems, we make regular visits after the handover (about once every six months) to help you gain a deeper understanding and ensure optimal operating settings.
Post-Handover Parts Supply
The cooling equipment primarily uses Hasegawa Tekko products and components, including the refrigeration units.
Therefore, even for urgent parts requests, most items can be supplied immediately.
